Warsaw (Poland), 10 September 2024—Answear.com, online store operating in more than 12 European countries, implements a ZetesAthena in-store execution solution for its first and largest concept store in Poland. The solution aims to enhance the entire labelling process using RFID tags to improve customer service in the store.

Answear.com is one of the fastest growing European e-commerce platforms in the premium fashion and lifestyle industry, operating on 12 European markets. On Answear.com you can find over 200,000 selected products from over 500 global brands, which from May 2024 are also available on 2,000 sq m in the only stationary concept store in Warsaw. The ZetesAthena solution supports the labeling process using RFID tags, customer service support in the store, sales support by improving the search for RFID-tagged goods, and accelerating inventory processes.

Store employees using ZetesAthena are equipped with a mobile device, giving them real-time access to information and notifications. This gives employees easy access to the entire stock of products, which will shorten customer service time and reduce the risk of not making a sale.

Customer convenience is facilitated by intelligent technology, including fitting rooms equipped with RFID and touch screens, enabling quick selection of the size or color of clothing without leaving the fitting room. Thanks to the ZetesAthena application, it is possible to quickly call the staff or a stylist who will assess the choice, provide the appropriate size or indicate matching accessories. Additionally, the solution supports Pickup Point, which is a pickup station for online orders placed on their website.
