Brussels (Belgium), Eindhoven (the Netherlands), 3 November 2010 - Zetes (Euronext Brussels: ZTS), the leading pan-European provider of solutions and services for the automatic identification of goods and people, announces the acquisition of PHI DATA BV’s activities. The company has been declared bankrupt in October and was looking for a buyer. The existing Zetes team in The Netherlands will thus be reinforced. The new site will allow Zetes to beter serve the Dutch market and to improve its customer service.

PHI DATA BV designs, develops, integrates and maintains automatic identification and data capture solutions. These solutions are implemented in many sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, public services, administration, and financial organisations. Its activities are therefore very similar to those of Zetes and integrate perfectly into its offerings.
